Diana is a licensed, Mental Health Counselor in Florida working with individuals starting at 13 to 75 years old. She enjoys working with individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether they are personal, with family, or with peers. She has experience helping with anxiety and depression, anger management, trauma, school stress and life adjustments, parenting skills, and family communication, substance use, and career transitions. She also addresses ADHD and ASD-related concerns. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and uses this model to help them process and heal from past trauma. Diana incorporates play therapy techniques, and art therapy techniques to empower her clients and help them learn effective tools to start to heal from their trauma and make the positive change they need in their life.
